The BETTY MATELING MEMORIAL College Scholarship

Each year the Edison Park Community Council raises funds from the community to provide a scholarship to a deserving local high school senior. More information and the 2024 Edison Park Community Council Betty Mateling Memorial College Scholarship application can be found here.

Represent residents on the 41st ward zoning board

As the only organization representing residents of Edison Park on the Aldermanic Zoning Board for Chicago’s 41st Ward, the Edison Park Community Council gives residents a voice in the development and future of our neighborhood.

HOST COMMUNITY EVENTS

Each year the Edison Park Community Council hosts community events, such as an annual pet expo, bingo, and a luncheon for the neighborhood’s senior citizens.
